Aston Martin has unveiled its first bespoke private residence in Asia – N°001 Minami Aoyama – a four-storey townhouse set in Tokyo’s exclusive Omotesandō neighbourhood.

Created in collaboration with Japan’s premier luxury real estate developer VIBROA Inc., the residence reflects Aston Martin’s design philosophy of proportion, materiality, and innovation.

The house includes three en-suite bedrooms, a private spa with Hinoki timber finishes, a golf simulator, wine cellar, gym, and a rooftop terrace with sunset views and a green roof overlooking Tokyo Tower.

The interior features custom furnishings by Molteni&C, black lava stone kitchen surfaces, and a Bowers & Wilkins integrated audio system.

A dramatic folded steel staircase, inspired by origami, connects all floors and an internal garden, while vertical metal louvers animate the façade with shifting light and privacy.

One of the defining features is the automotive gallery – a sculptural display space that showcases two Aston Martins with adaptive lighting and a wave-textured metal ceiling. Visible through a glass panel from the lounge, the cars are integrated into the daily spatial experience.

Tailored specifically to its sloped urban site, N°001 Minami Aoyama embodies a new form of luxury – one that merges lifestyle, performance, and design into a singular architectural statement, continuing Aston Martin’s global vision beyond automotive excellence.
