Amidst the energy of Mumbai’s Art Deco neighborhood, this apartment offers a stunning counterpoint – still, sculptural, and soaked in quiet luxury.

More than a residence, it is a sanctuary designed to invite pause, reflection, and deep appreciation for form and material.

A Bauhaus-inspired etched wooden doorway gives no hint of the drama within.

Just beyond, a terracotta-red sculptural wall, aptly named The Melting Candle, curves sensuously across floor and surface, teasing glimpses of the living spaces beyond.

The dining area, tucked behind this wall, features an African marble monolith table illuminated by David Groppi’s “Moon Light,” flanked by artworks from Datta Bhansode and Subodh Gupta.

As spaces unfold, they reveal layers of art and function: a media room with a hand-painted ceiling and a majestic Totem light by Klove, a Zen-like master suite wrapped in Ananbo wallpaper with marble-terrazzo flooring, and a child’s room animated by playful IPS flooring and Bauhaus-inspired color blocking.

The palette is restrained, allowing texture, form, and light to speak.

Custom monochrome artefacts and warm sunlight filtering through linen sheers lend the home a coastal calm.

This apartment is not merely designed, it is choreographed. A quiet masterpiece, nestled in the chaos of the city.
